Reseller Hosting Loyalty Program Agreement

This Reseller Hosting Loyalty Program Agreement is governed by Magijutsu's Terms of Service.

  Magijutsu's Reseller Hosting Loyalty Program was created to reward loayal reseller hosting customers with additional discounts upon the purchase of additional resources. This agreement explains additional terms and conditions of our reseller loyalty program that the reseller hosting customer agrees to.

  • Conditions

    • A user who purchases one of our reseller hosting packages with an annual, biennial, or triennial term cycle will be automatically enrolled in our Reseller Hosting Loyalty Program.
    • A user can purchase up to 3 packages of the same tier with introductory pricing. Introductry pricing may only be applied a maximum of 3 times between all the reseller tiers for each account holder.
    • Magijutsu will provide a price match guarantee on introductory discounts for comparable plans prior to completing your purchase, please contact sales for assistance.
    • End of term service renewal costs will come in at regular price.
    • A user will earn up to 3 additional loyalty discounts that will be applied individually to the purchase of additional resources (reseller packages of the same tier) until a flat rate (after 3 discounts) is reached. This flat rate will be the initial purchase cost and renewal cost of additional resources.
    • Introductory pricing, regular pricing, renewal costs, and loyalty discount rates are all subject to change at any time by Magijutsu for any user with 30 days notice.
    • Upgrading and downgrading between reseller tiers is subject to addtional terms and fees.
    • Magijutsu reserves the right to modify or suspend this agreement at any time.
